Waredaca Horse Trials are stalwarts for Area II and the larger US eventing community. Family owned and operated since 1937, Waredaca’s five annual horse trials provides opportunities for every type of competitor; and a tremendous marketing opportunity for businesses of all types. Thousands of people come to Waredaca each year. We host Olympians, 4-star and upper level US and international professionals, local professionals and trainers, amateurs, pony clubbers as well as their owners, staff, supporters, and families. This diverse cross-section of the eventing community provides an efficient way to promote your business to a group of people passionate about their sport and community.

Waredaca does not view sponsors just as a source of income. We truly value our partners and encourage their input and ideas for how to make their sponsorship more valuable for them. We are committed to providing your company with the high level of benefits you expect. Our cost-effective sponsorship packages range from the $500 Bronze level to the $1,500 Platinum level and include promotion through social media, corporate signage, fence sponsorships, website links, print advertising and more. One purchase grants exposure at ALL Waredaca events for that calendar year.

Become a Fence Sponsor

Fence Sponsorships are the perfect way to honor a past horse, celebrate a current one, or recognize a friend or family member. If you own your own business, what better way to gain a little extra exposure? Competitors, spectators, and volunteers all spend time on the cross-country courses so your sponsorship plaque will be seen by hundreds of people. Additionally, the recognition in the event programs provides added print exposure. A phenomenal value, as we have three USEF/USEA Recognized Events, three Starter Events, AND the Preliminary/Training/Novice/Modified/Beginner-Novice Classic Three-Day Events scheduled this year!

Vendor Overview
Exhibiting at Waredaca is a great opportunity to promote your business to not only our competitors, but their students, staff, friends and families. As a vendor, you will not only receive designated vendor space in Waredaca’s vendor trade fair, but also: public service announcements throughout the competition, a business listing in the show program, and a business listing on the Waredaca website.

Vendor Pricing
Recognized event single weekend day OR for the one day Starter Events
$25 per day and the equivalent of $50 product donation to be used as Competitor Awards as further advertisement to you
Entire Recognized event two day weekend,
$50 total and the equivalent of $75 product donation to be used as Competitor Awards as further advertisement for you.
This Package Includes:
