GWU Exercise Science Horseback Riding Course
Waredaca is excited to be hosting the George Washington University, Exercise Science Horseback Riding course, which gives university students credit for learning the art and science of horseback riding. The students learn through unmounted and mounted lessons each week. The course is for beginner and intermediate riders consisting of riding in and out of the ring, as well as weekly ground lessons in topics such as balance and coordination exercises for riders, balance of the horse, gaits and footfalls, grooming, horse health care, etc. Many students return semester after semester to further their knowledge. The primary instructor for this course is Celeste McGee, who received her MBA in marketing from George Washington University.
